Usually after a period of 1-2 years, cement paint show developments of cracks which is not observed on Eekay Acrylic TopEx Ultra.

Surface Precautions
Eekay Acrylic TopEx Ultra can be applied over concrete, plastered wall, asbestos, etc. Clean the surface to be painted with wire brush to remove loosely adhered material. Now clean the surface under running water condition with wire brush or kathiya brush, this will ensure a clean surface for further paint application. One coat EWP Seal Lacquere is recommended before application Eekay Acrylic TopEx Ultra. Once the surface is dry, paint application can be done with recoating interval of 2-3 hours.
