Surface Preparation & Substrate Condition
For Concrete Surface
Ensure that the concrete surface is cured for minimum three months. Preferably the surface has to be prepared by light blasting. In case blasting is not practical, wire brushing / power tool cleaning has to be adopted to remove laitance and other loose particles, followed by cleaning the surface with potable water, allow the surface to dry and apply the coating. Concrete surface should be thoroughly dry before application of primer as this has a major influence on the performance.For Steel
Blast cleaned to Sa 2½ of Swedish specification.
Mixing
Mix hardener gradually into the base under continuous stirring as follows:
Mixing ratio: Base : Hardener (by volume) : 3 : 1
Induction time: 20 minutes
Pot life at 30°C: 2-3 hours

Storage and Packing
Store in cool and dry place.
Store in accordance to local regulations.
Packing will be made available in 20 liters pack size.
Safety Information
As a general safety measure, inhalation of solvent vapours or paint mist and contact of liquid paint with skin & eyes should be avoided. Respiratory, skin and eye protection is always recommended while spraying paint. Forced ventilation should be provided when applying paint in confined spaces or stagnant air.
