Eekay Supreme Synthetic Enamel
Eekay Supreme synthetic Enamel has glossy new look to surfaces painted with this finish. It forms a tough film that is extremely resistant to stains and water, it there by serves as a protective coating around the painted surface.

Direction to use
Clean the metal surface with sand paper / grinding / blasting.
Ensure that the surface is free from dirt, grease, oil, loose and unwanted particle.
Wipe the surface clean with Eekay GP Thinner.
Apply 2 coats of Eekay Red oxide Primer and allow the coat to dry completely with over night interval.
Apply 2 coats of Eekay Supreme Synthetic Enamel with 4 to 6 hours of interval.
Once the container is opened, use within 24 – 36 hours
Mixing
If settling is observed in the drum, loosen the material with the help of hand stirrer, followed by power driven stirrer if needed.

Storage and Packing
Store in cool and dry place.
Store in accordance to local regulations.
Shelf life 3 to 4 years from the date of manufacturing as long as the container is sealed and kept in normal temperature.
Keep the container tightly closed to prevent drying.
Packing will be made available in 4 and 20 liters pack size.
For deeper shade apply 1 additional coat.
Safety Information
As a general measures, inhalation of solvent vapors, contact with eyes should be avoided. While application area should be well ventilated.
Special note
Before painting moister content in the atmosphere and pH value of the surface should be checked properly. Low VOC content.
